No. Even as a GM, please use your personal email address. The hotel GM email is a shared account and cannot be linked to your individual training record.
No. Each employee must submit their own certificate using their own personal email address.
If you're a property-level employee, make sure you're using a personal email address. If you're Corporate staff, make sure your email follows the format: [email protected]. If you continue to have issues, contact your General Manager.

Yes, but HT training certificates are valid for 335 days from the completion date. The form will warn you if your completion date is over a year old.
No. The form will warn you if it detects a duplicate submission for the same name and property within the last 30 days.
You can complete the training through PACT (pfreethem.org), ACAMS, Choice University (for Choice-branded properties), or any approved provider. Ask your GM if unsure.
Make sure you've selected the correct State and City first. If your property still doesn't appear, contact your General Manager.
Select State: Corporate (J&P HQ), then City and Property will both auto-select as Corporate.
